Resumen: El ser humano siempre ha interactuado con el medio ambiente en el que se desarrolla con el fin de poder satisfacer necesidades básicas de supervivencia, como los son el agua, la alimentación, el abrigo y el refugio. Conforme ha pasado el tiempo, esta interacción ha venido acompañado de cambios en el entorno, los cuales no siempre han sido positivos y que han puesto al ser humano en situaciones de vulnerabilidad a eventos naturales o artificiales de riesgo. El texto hace una reflexión sobre la relación hombre-deterioro del medio ambiente-aumento de riesgos, amenazas y vulnerabilidad

Human beings have always interacted with the environment in which they develop to satisfy basic survival needs, such as water, food, shelter and refuge. As time passes, this interaction causes changes in the surroundings and they have not always been positive and have put human beings in vulnerability situations due to natural or artificial risk events. The text reflects on the relation between mankind and the environment deterioration, risks increase, threats and vulnerability
