Resumen: La presente nota técnica se refiere al Primer Encuentro Nacional de Comités de Emergencia, realizado los días 20, 21 y 22 de marzo del 2012. Se utilizó una metodología participativa, la cual consistió en exposiciones de funcionarios de la Comisión Nacional de Prevención de Riesgos y Atención de Emergencias y de los mismos integrantes de los comités de emergencia, quienes compartieron sus experiencias exitosas. Se informa en la nota técnica que el Encuentro convocó por primera vez a todos los comités regionales y municipales del país / This technical note refers to the First National Meeting of Emergency Committees, held on March 20, 21 and 22, 2012. The methodology used was participative, with presentations from personnel of the National Commission of Risk Prevention and Emergency Response and from the Emergency Committee members. They shared their successful experiences. The technical note informs that the Meeting convened for the first time all the regional and municipal committees of the country
